General Summary of PositionWe have a rare opportunity for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at MedStar St. Mary's Hospital in Leonardtown, Maryland on a part-time basis. This position is budgeted for 20 hours per week and has a rotating schedule (days/evenings/nights and rotating weekends). This is a benefit-eligible position.Provides pharmaceutical care to assigned patients under the supervision of a more senior clinical pharmacist/manager. Evaluates and interprets physician orders and dispenses medication and other pharmaceutical supplies in accordance with established operational procedures, professional standards or practice as well as state and district and Federal laws.
